Constellation Lyra (The Lyre)

Lyra or The Lyre is one of the 88 constellations modern astronomers have divided the sky into. It's part of the Hercules constellation family. Lyra is best seen in August (from latitudes +90° to -40°)

In mythology, Lyra was the lyre of the great musician Orpheus, a stringed musical instrument. It is said that Hermes fashioned the lyre from the shell of a tortoise that he found browsing outside his cave on Mount Cyllene in Arcadia. Twelve main stars make up the constellation. One of them, Vega, is the fifth overall brightest in the night sky.

You’ll always be my shining star, and your star will continue to get brighter and brighter over the coming years. I’ve been a fan of yours ever since the Grammy duet with Ms. Dion. At the time, I thought to myself, this young man is going to be a star! In 2013, Josh, I was finally able to check off one item on my bucket list, and it was to see you in concert in Sacramento, CA. Your concert was amazing, and hearing you sing live was just breathtaking, to say the least. I also seen you in concert in 2015 in San Francisco. Listening to you sing those classic songs, bought back a lot of childhood memories for me. The show was magical, Josh. My next wish is to one day meet you at a M/G, and tell you how much happiness your music has brought into my life. You make my day when you “like” one of my tweets.

Dear Josh,
You started your journey when most teens are goofing off, not knowing what their future holds. But, you did, your passion was for the arts. You had parents who supported your dream, and look at you now.
You did a TV show, and then something happened, it was phenomenal, you sang with Celine Dion, THE PRAYER. Your career started with the love of your family, and people who believed in you.
Josh, you have made movies, comedy visits on talk shows at night, co hosted with Kelly, all the while the music and tours started to please the many followers you had. Again, something phenomenal happened, a wonderful charity was started where your fans became involved and children were introduced to the arts.
Many CD s later, and many years and tours to boot, the biggest challenge and opportunity came. Grobanites became your fans’ name, with love and devotion to you when you made the announcement, Broadway and NATASHA AND PIERRE AND THE GREAT COMET OF 1812. Excitement for you and your fans and family! You made your dream come true. Fat suit and all, you were belting out the songs, then a nomination for a Tony Award was announced.
Josh, I have been following you since it began and no matter where you go from here, your voice is an outstanding instrument I love and enjoy. So, take the praise you get, love your dog, Sweeney, and remember that song, BELIEVE, because I have faith you will carry on. You are loved and one terrific performer I cherish in my heart always. Much love to you from a 67 year-old fan.
