Constellation Scorpius (The Scorpion)
Scorpius or The Scorpion is one of the 88 constellations modern astronomers have divided the sky into. It's part of the Zodiac constellation family. Scorpius is best seen in July (from latitudes +40° to -90°)

Unlike many constellations, Scorpius very much resembles its namesake animal from its wide pincer armed head to a torso represented by bright Antares, and a twisted tail that ends with the bright star Shaula. In mythology, Scorpius represents the scorpion that was sent to kill Orion the Hunter as punishment for his boastfulness and disrespect for the goddess Artemis, after he bragged he would hunt and kill every wild animal on Earth. People born under the sign Scorpio are said to be dynamic, resourceful, passionate, and observant.
