its almost my birthday and i miss you a lot. i love you and miss you so much. thank you for always making sure mari knew i love her. our phone calls always made my day better when i was sad and i miss those phone calls so much. i miss when we would watch movies together. i miss when i went swimming with you. and i miss talking to you. and when you would welcome us in to your house with the biggest and best hugs ive ever gotten and when you would tell me that my mom will get better and to keep praying. and i’ll miss how we ended our phones calls saying bye just like how mari used to say it. i saw mari turn 4 she had the cutest dress on i wish you couldve seen it, it hurt knowing you weren’t going to be at her party but i know you were there somehow. this song always makes me think of you because no matter what happened you were always the happiest person in the room: https://youtu.be/b0cAWgTPiwM

Everyday I awake, I will remember your beautiful smile.
I will remember us chasing fireflies and swinging and playing in our big backyard. I will remember our family gatherings especially at the ranch on Easter and you barbecuing with one of your cool hats. I will remember our wonderful Christmases and Thanksgivings and your delicious mashed potatoes and corn dish.

I will miss you so much. You were like a second mom to me and I was devastated to hear of your passing. I know you are with god now and you have changed my life drastically and have impacted my life in such a strong motherly way. I love you momma g. I will miss you and thank you for everything.
