You were loved and cherished by many, including those who did not personally know you and those who you did not personally know.
You always were perceived as such a wonderful individual.

The world has lost one if its greats.

The world has truly lost a great man/Dragon. Though I never knew you personally, your art has been a great inspiration to me & many other like me. I know your in a better place now, I’m just sad it had to be so soon. RIP my friend, you will be sorely missed T.=.T

While your time Athus wasnt very long as it should have been for you with your sparkling personality, good humour, generosity, and kindness you really shone on our Earth. May the spirts be kind and gentle, just like you my good friend.

Athus your time here on this earth was short, but you touched so many peoples lives through your art and your great personality and kindness. I cried so hard when I saw you past I may not have known you personally but I feel a great lose to our community. I can only imagine the pain Narse is going through. Narse will have much love and support from us through this rough time. Now you may shine bright among the stars and watch over Narse, your loved ones, and your family.

May you rest in more calmer waters and be free to spread your wings and sore.

We will miss you dearly.

Athus your missed by all even to this day. You touched many of out hearts while you was with us and shared happy memories with many. You’ll forever be in my thoughts and hope to see you in the other life. Fly free sea dragon.

I never had the honor of meeting Athus in real life, but he sounded like he would heave made the perfect friend. It tears me up to know that such a wonderful person could put so much love and hope into everything that he did and ask for nothing in return. His life was truly an inspiration to many people and unknowingly saved many lives through the love he put into his work. It should go without saying, but he will live on in our hearts, providing comfort to those in need and sharing his love with the world.

I regret deeply not taking to time to get to know you, it seems ungrateful after all you have done for me. Your work led me into this community as a dragon, it led me to my wonderful mate, and to so many friends.
I will carry your kindness in my heart forever, share it with others, and always cherish the time I have with those close to me. You have inspired me in your life and still do even in death.
Fly free. One day I will meet you again, and thank you properly then for what you have done.

You light shall forever light my path now Athus. Thank you for all you have done.

I’m going to try to be more open with the people I care for, and I have you to thank for that. Please, sleep well Athus.

Athus., I never had the honor of meeting you personally, and to this day I regret being too shy to even send you a message… You helped me feel comfortable in my own skin simply through your art, and I never got the chance to thank you, and my heart will remain forever heavy because of this. I will always carry you with me for the rest of my own life, hoping that that will be enough to make it up to you… I look forward to meeting you on the other side.

I am among the unfortunate ones who have never met you, yet are torn up about your death. RIP, Athus.

Athus, you are now in the place you deserve, flying free as the dragon you truly are. And when the time will come, I hope to be able to join you there myself too…

For now, we all know that when things became the most difficult, Athus’s star will shown more brightly for all of us who knew where to look. <3

This breaks my heart.

I remember the many nights I shared his company. They make me smile, such wonderful times of laughter. It is painful to lose someone so creative, talented, and most of all the owner of such a beautiful soul. I hope he finds peace, and while he may have left his host body here on Earth, he lives on among the ones who clearly love him so deeply. I am so sad I won’t be able to see him over the holidays. I wish I was closer to share in the sorrow, but also to comfort those who are so lost without him. hugs

Farewell Athus, I never knew you personally, but I wish I had, I only knew you threw your art, but seeing you pass away like that is a great loss…. spread your wings and fly away…. maybe I will meet you one day, in this life or another

In memory of Brian Dyer

I never knew him, but I will continue to remember his legacy. After hearing the tragedy that had befallen him and his family, I felt a need to express the joy that he brought to the fandom, to his family, friends, and even me. I’ve heard, from many people, that knowing him was like knowing the most trustworthy man in the world, and I do wish that I could have known him. I wrote this story in memory of him because…..it felt as though I had to thank him, but to also embody the love, hope, and care he brought to someone dear to him. Therefore, I wish this settles with only the most of happiness and that it recollects and brings good memories and times spent with him. Brian Dyer, you will be greatly missed, and my condolences.

Freed Sea Spirit

The sudden brightness stirred him to wake. A feel of grogginess and confusion coursed through his system. As his eyes snapped open, the field of vision was filled with a large expanse of lush forest land, the sky accentuated with bits of clouds. It seemed to circle, as though the sky were an extension of the ground, a feel of….weightlessness.

There came a voice, the wind seeming to carry it across a vast expanse. With a grunt, the blue scaled figure slowly rose to his feet. The sun seeming to bath down upon him, the scales glistening as though each were a precious stone. Ebony horns rose and reached for the perfect blue sky, contrasting perfectly with the white clouds. A look of confusion and question was strewn across the dragon’s face. His eyes scanned through the vast landscape, the clearing he was in encircled by a large forest. The voice came again, from within the forest. It was hardly audible, but the sound of happiness clung to it.

“Hello? Anybody there?” The large dragon asked, a response none existent as he heard but the rustling of the wind. He began to walk into the forest, wishing to investigate how he had gotten there, and the possible inhabitants of this…..strangely enjoyable area.

The voice came again, and he realized why it was filled with happiness. It sounded as though…laughter. Happiness; the sound of no worry, of no pain, and no anguish. The cerulean dragon quickened, hoping to find the source of this happiness, and hopefully the answer to this mysterious place.

The woods began to thicken as he ran through them. He remained light on his clawed feet and the leathery wings tucked in as he dashed through them. The sound became louder and louder and suddenly. He stopped. A drop started where his clawed feet gripped the soil, small bits of the brown gravel trailing down and cascading into the waters below.

The voice continued to hover around him. He peered out into the sea, the water gleaming a luscious blanket of blue, the waters crashing upon the cliff wall below. As he strained his neck over the side, his hand a top his eyes to peer further. He leaned over, possibly seeing something far in the distance.

“Excuse me?” Came a kind, polite voice, which caused for the dragon to leap in fright. A hand grabbed his shoulder and kept him from falling. The other hand clawed similar to his own, and the blue nearly an identical match to his, though the nails seemed a beige shade compared to his back. “Sorry about that.” The voice apologized, pulling him back further. The other dragon looked in puzzlement as he examined the other one that had bumped into him.

The face seemed to naturally create a smile, eyes were a nice green while a relaxed ruffle of brown hair rested upon his head and ran down the back of his neck. Extending from his hair were a set of brown horns, they were well proportioned, though shorter than the black-horned dragon’s. After a quick glance over the new dragon before him, he spoke.

“Where am I?” He asked, eyes looking at the still smiling dragon.

“A land close to yours yet ever so far in comparison.” The brown haired dragon responded.

“What brings you here?” He asked in return.

“Not sure, woke up here…” The black horned dragon said. “Why are you here?”

“Have you ever dove off a large cliff?” The other said with a large smile across his face. A look of confusion grew on the others before he was taken by the hand and pulled off the edge of the cliff. “Well now you have!” He laughed. Instinctually, they both unfurled their wings, though the brown haired one continued to dive until he grazed the top of the blanket of blue sea. With a tilt, he swerved, a talon causing a ripple along the blanket. He continued to laugh and smile, the feeling causing the atmosphere to tingle with excitement. While the other dragon slowly caught up and flew beside.

“Why did you do that?!” He exclaimed.

“It was fun.” The other chuckled. “Admit it, you’re enjoying it.”

The first dragon thought about it. He glanced at the others reassuring smile, his eyes glimmering with joy. Eventually, he lowered his own talon into the water and flew along with him. A smile came across his face at the sense of the fluid rushing beneath him as his black talon ripped through the blue blanket.

“You’re right…this is fun.” He giggled. The other dragon sped in front of him, his mist of water splashing the other in the face. A look of playful humor grew across his face.

“You mad?” He smiled smugly.

“No, but I’m going to get you back.” The other laughed as they both sped off. The first dragon flapped as hard as he could, his strong wings closing the gap between the one in front of him. Until……the other dove into the water below him, vanishing in a cascade of water that saturated the first dragon. “Hey! Where’d you go?” He exclaimed, opening his wings as he came to a steady halt.

Suddenly, with a torrent of water, he burst through the blue surface, wings flapping as he rose into the sky. “You gotta keep up!” He chuckled, water raining down from his body as he continued to climb higher and higher. With a zip, the first dragon climbed as well, though he seemed to be unable to close the distance between them. He vanished into a cloud, possibly to do a sneak attack. So, he veered off and circled it, waiting to see what he will do.

“Come on out.” He chuckled to the brown haired dragon.

“Sure!” The other responded, diving down, the first reacting as he dove after him.

“I’m going to get you!” He shouted, beginning to laugh. They held their dive as the brown haired dragon led them back to a new section, a soft sandy beach. With an unfurl of his wings, the second dragon slowed to a stop and glided across the water before stopping into the moist sand of the shallows.

While the first dragon came in and glided across the water, his wave of water splashing onto the brown-haired dragon. Once he stopped a few feet away, they both began to laugh. Both were wet, both were panting, and both smiled at how happy everything had just made them.

“I haven’t had that much fun in a while.” The brown-haired dragon said as he walked to the other.

“Neither have I….” The other chuckled, walking to him as well. “What do we do now?” He asked.

“Well, relax…..maybe wait to watch the sunset.” He suggested, looking at the sky as it began to turn pink. “Or beat you again!” He roared, running off in front of the other dragon, slowing as he saw the first dragon not following behind.

“I liked the ‘watch the sunset’ option.” He smiled, sauntering to the other dragon’s side as he moved his tail over the brown hair topped tail. A smile was upon his face as he saw another sort of happiness form on the other dragon’s face.

“Well….we can always play tomorrow.” The brown-haired dragon smiled. “But we must cherish every sunrise, every sunset, every second of light…….and night.” He told him, nuzzling the other’s neck.

“How many are those going to be?” The other asked.

“As many as you want…..forever…..”

Even If I only got to be around for you half a day, It was an amazing experience, Never felt more comfortable in my life being around friends. Wish we could have had many more together. My heart and wishes go to your family and friends Rest In Peace my friend.

The world has lost a great person.

Though I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting you, your passing still leaves me with an undeniable ache in the bottom of my heart. It’s a shame to leave this planet at such a young age, you had so much life left to live.

May your wings never tire as you cross the sky, shine brightly to rival even the stars themselves.

I only briefly met you once, but I definitely felt the influence of your work. I’m so sad to hear that you’d left us.

Athus Nadorian, I never knew you, but only knew of you. I knew of someone who had a positive influence and impact on several people, including a certain single friend of mine.

You have left a tremendous mark on the community you were involved in, and your memories will echo for years to come. You will be missed, yet you will not be forgotten.

Dear Athus,

Though I never had the honour to meet you in real life I still felt your love and cared for you from a far. You have helped me spiritually and have helped me find myself when things seemed lost.

I’ll never forget the things we have talked about and spent countless times fantasising about the future. I’ll never forget the close feeling or security of love you gave to me and those around you.

It has been an honour knowing you and being able to spend time with you.

I hope your travels are over endless skies with your wings spread wide.
